If he’s the owner, I’d imagine his main guests are tweakers and hobos since he treats people with such disrespect. Apparently he is “the only manager” but I would recommend he be FIRED.
I’ve never been met with such disdain by an employee in a customer service position. He accused me of being a liar and said they would not allow my mother to stay there, despite me having paid for the room on ! I am appalled. Something I have done over a dozen times for my husbands business trips. I called the hotel to let the front desk manager know that I would be paying for the room and would like to sign a CC authorization form for the deposit, as my destitute mother does not have a credit card. She is a senior with dementia and I needed a place for her to stay short term while I traveled up from CA to retrieve her. I booked a room through for my disabled mother for 3 nights.
